a haven near russell square
friendly staff immediate assistance perfect location super clean room
i found the staff to be friendly upon arrival. they offered immediate assistance with my luggage. the location was perfect, just steps from russell square tube station. my room was spotlessly clean, a real sanctuary after my travels.
the elevator experienced a brief moment of inoperation when i arrived, a minor inconvenience.

Excellent Hotel Experience!
great location tube options
The location is great! I walked to many theaters and popular spots. I also found the bus and tube options very accessible. The daily replenishment of coffee, tea, and biscuits was a thoughtful touch.
The elevator was occupied frequently by maids for long periods. I waited almost twenty minutes one day. They did not post when they were using the elevator, I wish they would consider posting a schedule.

The room was very nice plus clean and quiet. It really was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in. The beds were spacious, and the furnishings felt new and in good condition.

Breakfast was great and at a good price. I especially liked the porridge. Chain and hotel cafes can be found in the area. The kitchen made lovely breakfast dishes that were served in the nice basement bar.

Russell Square Station is close and connects to Holborn station. It is a fifteen-minute walk to Oxford Street. The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to Russell Park in two minutes. The British Museum is a ten-minute walk.

The location near the subway was useful. The staff was friendly and helpful anytime I needed something. My room included tea and coffee facilities. The towels were high quality too.
The elevator was not working . This was inconvenient. My room lacked USB charger plugs, so I could not charge my phone easily. The housekeeping was not great. They did not replace towels one day.

unclean bedsheets forgotten towels
The location proved convenient for accessing public transportation.
The housekeeping service did not meet expectations, as they frequently forgot to replenish towels. I observed that the bedsheets were not clean on arrival. This neglect of basic cleanliness is not something I tolerate.

solid place
great location helpful staff strong pressure good towels
location was a big win, i walked to many places. the staff helped me when i needed directions. the bathroom had strong water pressure, and there were good towels. i could get tea easily near reception.
the room needed a little more light, so reading at night was a slight problem.
